Kdy a jak můžete vrátit zboží nakoupené v internetovém obchodu?

Nakupujete často přes internet a chcete vědět, jaké máte práva při vracení zboží? Na serveru Lupa.cz byla tato problematika kompletně shrnuta a zde jsou z ní závěry:
- Od kupní smlouvy můžete odstoupit do 14 kalendářních dnů.
- Lhůta 14 dnů začíná běžet následující den po převzetí zboží.
- Končí-li lhůta o víkendu nebo ve svátek, jako poslední její den je brán nejbližší následující pracovní den.
- Oznámení o odstoupení od kupní smlouvy musí obchodníkovi doputovat nejpozději v poslední den lhůty. Nestačí jej v tento den odeslat. Zboží však může být po dohodě vráceno i později.
- Rozbalením ani použitím zboží nezaniká právo na odstoupení od smlouvy bez udání důvodu a vrácení peněz. Výjimku představují např. audio a video nosiče.
- Zboží nemusíte vracet v originálním obalu, ovšem obchodník pak může chtít uhradit náklady na nové zabalení zboží.
- Je možné vrátit zboží i opotřebené, ovšem obchodník opět může chtít uhradit náklady na uvedení zboží do původního stavu. Tyto náklady mohou teoreticky dosáhnout i plné ceny zboží.
- Své peníze musíte obdržet zpět do třiceti kalendářních dnů od odstoupení od smlouvy.
- Na žádný paušální storno poplatek nemá obchodník nárok. Nic takového platit nemusíte.
- Po vrácení zboží je nutné vrátit i například nákupem získané slevové kupóny či body do věrnostního programu. To není nezákonná sankce.
- Za sankci lze však považovat odmítnutí pozdějších slev či penalizaci v rámci věrnostního programu právě kvůli vrácení zboží resp. odstoupení od smlouvy.
